Lemmon Lodge Association is a very unique community within the Town of Grand Lake. It features individually owned cabins of various designs and size. Some are rentals which are managed by an on-site management company during the summer season. Off season a few cabins also are rented either by owner through the internet or through a local realty firm in Grand Lake. A much smaller number of cabins are "non-rentals" and used only by the owners and their guests.
The "almost" five acres of Lemmon Lodge has a much used beach area, playground with teeter-totter, swing and small children's swing set, a horseshoe pit and a volleyball area as well as walkways along the Tonahutu Creek (North Inlet). A very popular area is the "Point" where the fisher-folk are able to cast out their line, sit down and enjoy the scenery or read a good book while waiting for that "big one" to grab the hook!
